This policy explains what personal data is collected when you contact Maxime Billen or book the AI Tools Assessment, why it is collected, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is MCHH Ventures OÜ (Estonian company, registration no. 17584235), which operates maximebillen.com and provides the AI Tools Assessment under the name Maxime Billen.

This website
The website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies that require consent.
Technical data such as your IP address is processed by the hosting provider (Vercel) to deliver the pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Videos page loads content from YouTube, so those providers may receive your IP address when you visit.

- Legitimate interest in answering your enquiries.
- Legal obligation to keep accounting records.
How long data is kept

Who receives your data
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the service: cal.com (scheduling), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging), the email provider, Vercel (hosting) and accounting and payment providers. Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area and rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, and you can object to its use, by emailing maxime@maximebillen.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, including the Swiss FDPIC for clients in Switzerland.
