Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AI Tools Assessment offered by MCHH Ventures OÜ (Estonian company, registration no. 17584235) under the name Maxime Billen.
The service
The AI Tools Assessment includes:
- a 45-minute discovery call about how your business works;
- a written report with 3 to 7 recommended tools, covering your biggest time-sinks, the cost and setup time of each tool, and a 4-day quick-start plan;
- a 30-minute review call to go through the report together.
Fee and payment
The fee is €800 and is paid before the assessment starts. It covers the discovery call, the report and the review call. Any applicable taxes are shown on your invoice.
The guarantee
If Maxime Billen cannot identify at least 5 hours a week of time-saving opportunity for your business, you do not pay and the fee is refunded in full.
The 5 hours are the estimated opportunity identified in your report, based on the information you share during the call.
What the assessment is, and is not
The report contains recommendations. You decide whether and how to implement them. The guarantee covers the opportunity identified, not the savings you actually achieve.
Prices and features of third-party tools can change after the report is delivered. Further services, such as process redesign or automation work, are discussed on the review call and agreed separately.
Your part
You agree to share accurate information about your business and to avoid sharing personal data of third parties that is not needed for the assessment.
Confidentiality
What you share about your business is used only to deliver the assessment and is not disclosed to anyone else.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability under these terms is limited to the fee you paid. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by Estonian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, email maxime@maximebillen.com first so it can be solved directly.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated. The version in force when you book applies to your assessment.
